About the German Rex
The first rex breed recorded, traced to a curly-coated cat named Munk born in 1930s Konigsberg and later to Lammchen, a postwar survivor who founded the modern breed. Soft wavy coat on a medium build. Patient and people-loving. Nearly lost twice and now slowly recovering.
