About the LaPerm
A rex breed founded on a barn kitten named Curly born in Oregon in 1982. The coat ranges from soft waves to tight ringlets and is caused by a dominant gene. Short and long coated varieties exist, and the coat can change dramatically with age and seasons. Gentle and people-focused, often riding on shoulders.
