About the Australian Mist
The first pedigree breed developed in Australia, from Burmese, Abyssinian, and domestic cats in the 1970s. Spotted or marbled pattern misted with ticking over a warm base color. Bred specifically as an indoor companion cat. Thrives on human company and tolerates handling well.
