About the Ojos Azules
A rare breed named with Spanish words for blue eyes, prized for intense blue eyes in cats that are neither white nor colorpoint. Founded from a New Mexico tortoiseshell in 1984. The gene is distinct from the white-linked blue eye gene. The population remains very small.
