About the Pixie-bob
Bred to resemble the North American bobcat, with a naturally short tail, heavy brow, and polydactyl feet allowed in the standard. Founded in Washington State in the 1980s from bobtailed barn cats. DNA testing shows no wild bobcat genes despite the look. Quiet chirps and trills replace meows.
